Deepika and Nandhika, a dynamic vocal-violin duo, emerge from a rich lineage steeped in musical tradition. Their journey in the realm of Carnatic music is not merely individual but a legacy they carry forward from their family's musical heritage. With a shared passion for both vocal and violin performance, they harmonize effortlessly, embodying the essence of their musical lineage.
Deepika and Nandhika's dedication to their craft is not only a personal pursuit but also a continuation of their family's commitment to excellence in Carnatic music.
Both sisters received extensive training in Carnatic Music and hold an A Grade from the All India Radio. Under the guidance of illustrious gurus such as Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri Neyveli R. Santhanagopalan for vocal training and Sangeetha Kalanidhi Kum A. Kanyakumari for violin, they achieved commendable grades in both vocal and violin performances, showcasing their dedication and proficiency.

Since 2016, Deepika and Nandhika have been actively performing vocal and violin duet concerts, enchanting audiences with their harmonious renditions. They've graced prestigious platforms, including various sabhas during the Music Season in December. Additionally, their versatility has led to opportunities to accompany senior artists, further enriching their musical journey.
